More than 30 leading financial services institutions have implemented the offerings to enhance their channel efforts. The company is now looking for possible European strategies and scenarios. SHIRAZ has performed an extensive market research, desk research combined with interviews of top 5 players in European countries, contributing to the go to market strategy for Europe. The study (volume and value) amongst others explored the market size and maturity, players, competition, opportunities and risks, perception vs. reality, positioning and pricing. Together with the customer three different scenarios for market entry were challenged.
